About 4 months ago Zane, Adriana and I got talking about houses.  They were looking into buying a duplex, which they eventually did and wanted to show it to me, which they did.  I in return wanted to show them my dream house that was up on the market and had just been sold over on Almond Street.  While we looked at it there were a few of the bigger homes in that area for sale andthat were having open houses.  We decided to stop by and just dream of someday living in a home like that.  We came upon the most amazing home with incredible landscaping and decorating.  The owners welcomed us in to take a look.  The house was seriously something that you see in your mom’s Country Home magazines that you look at while going to the bathroom.  They gave us a tour and then brought us out to the back to show us the pool and secluded guess house.  After seeing the guess house and realizing it was exactly what i was looking for i asked if they ever rented it out and they said yes.  I immediately got excited and whipped out my business card – so they would take me serious cause i was wearing Patagonia baselayer spandex pants at the time – and told him when he sells it if he would please give my card to the new owner and let them know they would for sure have a future tenant.  So that was 4 months ago.  On Weds of last week I got a call from Joe (one of the owners) and he said they were going to put the place up for rent and wanted me to know first.  I told him we would be over that night to look at it.  We both fell in love and the next day told him we would take it!  So this is where the story of the Andersons will begin…….
